Petitioner seeks bail in Khirimore P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25 (i-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one carbine type pistol and live cartridge was recovered from the roof of house of the petitioner.

From the seizure list, it appears that the same does not bear signature of the petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 26.10.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
