The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Thakaraha (Bhitaha) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A), 34 of the IPC. The allegation against this petitioner is engaging in kidnapping of victim girl that is the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not kidnapped the victim girl as would be apparent fromt the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before learned Magistrate. A bare perusal of the said statement would show that a love-affair is going on between the petitioner and daughter of the informant and they had voluntarily decided to elope. Having regard to the fact and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection with Thakaraha (Bhitaha) P.S.
