JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 Since petitioner no. 1 has already been arrested during pendency of the case, the bail petition in respect of the petitioner no. 1 is dismissed as has become infructuous. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner no. 2 apprehends her arrest in Sikti P.S. Case No. 35/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no. 2 is a lady and there is omnibus and general allegation against her. There is no eye-witness in this case. She has no criminal antencedent.
