This application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.03.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 42783 of 2021, by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court with certain conditions It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the opposite party no.2 is staying with her husband namely, Vikash Kumar, who has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Court below.

No.33439 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 This fact has been verified by this Court after examining the order of the Court below granting bail to the husband of the opposite party no.2 namely, Vikash Kumar. Considering the aforesaid fact, this modification application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. 117 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
