In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report, the bill was raised without any work but, the bill could not be passed. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Kamal Kishore Prasad is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
