Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2017.

The report of the learned Trial Judge would reveal that recently case has been committed to the court of sessions.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 16.04.2018 vide Annexure-1.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death.

Considering the period already undergone by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75790 of 2018(4) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 the petitioner and chances of non-conclusion of the trial in near future, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) Police Station Case No.179 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
