ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koliwar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 461, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not named in the first information report but on the basis of confessional statement made before the police by one coaccused namely, Basant Kumar @ Puran, who was arrested from the place of occurrence, the name of the petitioner has surfaced.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the
