The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with iron rod to the informant. Though, five injuries have been found but three have been found on the scalp. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and the informant has been examined by a private doctor.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39623 of 2014 (6) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that the informant has been examined in a private hospital, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
