The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Wajirganj P.S. Case No. 408 of 2015 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the Bhatti from where the alleged recovery has been made. Petitioners are man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.26206 of 2017 (3) dt.18-07-2017 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Excise), Gaya in connection with Wajirganj P.S.
