2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 14.09.2012 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Motihari passed in Tr. No. 3654/2012 / 363/2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 371/12 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

3. The impugned order is of the year 2012 which has been challenged in the year 2019 after an inordinate delay.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the
