The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 252 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrice, similar allegations have been levelled against the petitioner by the informant but on all occasions, the allegation was found to be false and the victim girl spoke in favour of the petitioner. This time also, the victim girl, who is the daughter of the informant has submitted that false

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26454 of 2020(2) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 case has been instituted against the petitioner. The victim girl is major.

Considering these aspects of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 252 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
