Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the order dated 16.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7331 of 2022, due to typographical mistake, in place of correct Registration No. DL9CK1879 of Maruti Suzuki Alto 800, it has wrongly been typed as DLA9CK1879. The aforesaid order dated 16.02.2022 is modified to the extent that the correct registration number of the Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 be read as DL9CK1879.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
