In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.4 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 452, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Specific allegation has been made against the petitioner no.1 to have caused injury by Gadasa. Allegation against the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are general and omnibus in nature.

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioner nos. 2 and 3, be released on anticipatory bail in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33979 of 2017 (2) dt.31-07-2017 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.4 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. So far as the bail of petitioner no.1 is concerned, the same is rejected.
