====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 10-11-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No.22 of 2020 arising out of Angarghat P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R., petitioner happens to be Bhainsur of the deceased and there is allegation that he has caused death of sister of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false and petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail vide order dated 25.02.2020. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 24.09.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25614 of 2020(3) dt.10-11-2020 2/2 that the petitioner has got no any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsingh Sarai, Samastipur in connection with S.T. No.22 of 2020 arising out of Angarghat P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015.
