The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.372 of 2022 dated 28.08.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned A.D.J.-VII-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, East Champaran at Motihari.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24867 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
