This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No.34 of 2005 registered for the offence under sections 364, 302 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.63447 of 2025.

As per the F.I.R., unknown criminal are said to have killed the driver and helper of a truck. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2025. He is accused in five more criminal cases.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that he is accused in five more criminal case, I am not inclined to review my earlier order. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
