Be that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.5.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.1656C of 2011 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.

However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.
