Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 1.5.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.472 of 2012 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, District Rohtas.

However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.3 instead of Rs.750/-.
