The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused namely Devendra Yadav and Gajendra Yadav. So far as this petitioner is concerned, no specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against him. There is case and counter case and both sides sustained injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from
