JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.04.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.9656/15 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by further ten days calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

It is made clear that twice the period of surrender has been extended since the prayer has been made on the ground of illness of the mother of the petitioner, who is treated outside the State, hence, under any circumstances no further extension will be granted.

The order dated 22.04.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
