CORAM:
HONOURABLE MR.
JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has an L.T.E. connection bearing Account No. 137240/16-932 for her Nursing Home at Bahadurpur under NDS-II category.
The petitioner is aggrieved by punitive bill raised by the respondents against her Nursing home. She submits that
Patna High Court CWJC No.6539 of 2014 (3) dt.03-09-2015 2 / 2 inspecting team erred in coming to a finding that excess load was being drawn and thus theft was being committed. It appears that the petitioner filed her objection against the provisional assessment order before the Assessing Officer, Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Rajendra Nagar, Patna.
This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Assessing Officer to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, as she has filed her objection long time back. It will be open for the petitioner to make a prayer for personal hearing through her assignee or representative. This application stands disposed of.
