ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 1.9.2015 passed by the A.D.J. 2nd, Benipur, Darbhanga, in Sessions Trial No. 156 of 2011 arising out of Biraul P.S. Case No. 179 of 2009, G.R. No. 613 of 2009.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial positively within a period of five months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
