This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 03.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1388 of 2015, wherein, this Court has passed the following order:- "In view thereof, in terms of the stand taken by the State Authorities in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to give his formal consent to the respondent no. 4 within two weeks from today. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent no. 4 shall proceed in the matter in terms of the affidavit filed by him in the present case. The exercise be completed within two months from the date of production of a copy

3. Opposite party No. 4 has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 7 it has been stated as under:- "7. That with regard to the statements made in para-7 and para-8 of the application, it is most humbly and respectfully submitted that in compliance of the order dated 03-04-2018 passed in CWJC No-1388 of 2015, the opposite party no-4, the District Education Officer, Munger had considered die grievances of the petitioner and thereafter passed a reasoned and speaking order vide memo no-930/Estb. Dated 26-04-2019 with a copy of the same to the petitioner."

4. On perusal of paragraph No. 7 of the show cause filed by the opposite party No. 4, I find that the order dated 03.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1388 of 2015 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

5. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
