Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is the Branch Manager of South Bihar Gramin Bank. As per allegation, the co-accused Rakesh Kumar Sinha who was Ex-Branch Manager of the Bank along with co-

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but her name figured in supervision note contained in the paragraph No. 11 of the case diary. He has also submitted that co-accused Tripunjay Kumar, six named accused persons has been granted regular bail by the court below itself. And the co-accused Swity Bharti has been granted regular bail by this Court.

Learned Addl.P.P. has submitted that some amount has also been transferred to the account of co-accused Rajesh Kumar from the bank account of the present petitioner. Considering the fact that the named accused persons have been granted regular bail by the learned court below as well as this Court and the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, let her, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
