The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 335 of 2020 dated 14.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

60 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a hut and the allegation against the petitioner is of having concealed himself in the hut on seeing the police party.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2020 and is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the aforestated facts, she is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21701 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 335 of 2020.
