The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P. S. Case No. 118 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307, 447, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and fabricated, inasmuch as, the date of occurrence has not been included in the First Information Report. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that though the allegation against the petitioner is of attacking the informant by sharp cutting weapon, the injuries which have been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
