This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 281 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the genesis of the occurrence and the injury sustained by the injured, in the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
