The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 281 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The contention raised is that the role assigned of causing the burn injuries is to Santosh Ram. There is no eye witness account relating to the allegations against the applicant who, unfortunately, happens to be the father of Santosh Ram. It appears, according to the learned counsel, that the applicant has also been implicated by introducing a new narration that the applicant had also assaulted the injured when he was fleeing away from the scene. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail/bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IVth, Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 281 of 2018.
