JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (1) For quashing the order dated 30.07.2015, passed by the respondent no. 5 i.e. Presiding Officer, First Appellate Authority (under R.T.I.) in First Appeal Case no. 1918 of 2015, by which the proceeding of the First Appeal was dropped without providing information as asked for by the petitioner merely on the basis of letter
Patna High Court CWJC No.17278 of 2015(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 no. 5772 dated 16.04.2015, produced by the Public Information Officer, Communicating that information, as asked for by the petitioner, has already been transferred to the office of District Magistrate, Madhepura and information was also given to the petitioner in this regard. "
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought, is granted.
The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
