This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mairwa PS Case No. 254 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the instant case FIR was lodged against unknown. He further submits that petitioner purchased the inverter from coaccused Manoj Yadav. The inverter is said to be stolen one. The co-accused Manoj Yadav has been granted bail. Similarly, another co-accused Haresh Yadav has also been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the fact that other co-accused have been granted bail and the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VII, Siwan in connection with Mairwa PS Case No. 254 of 2018.
