Today a show cause has been filed by the University in which it has been stated that order of this Court has already been complied with.

Patna High Court MJC No.265 of 2015 (4) dt.18-03-2017 Statement made by the University is accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this proceeding is dropped. It is made clear that if the order of this Court is not complied with, the petitioner will be at liberty to file separate petition for revival of the case.
