Although the petitioner questions the public notice issued by the Gaya Municipal Corporation in respect of shop but in the entire pleadings there is not even a whisper whether the petitioner has responded to the notice nor a copy of the same is on record.
In the circumstances, Mr. R.K. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition to enable the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedy that may be available to him in law.
