The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 196 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.07.2018. He submits that in the instant case total 26.64 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from a roadside hotel, in which the petitioner was working as an employee. Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
