Petitioner seeks bail in Obra P.S. Case No. 228 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 332, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the written report. There is no injury caused to anybody. Petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
