No. 845 of 2013. In the said criminal writ petition, the petitioners had prayed for quashing of F.I.R. The restoration petition was listed before the Lawazima Board on 08-09-2015 since there were defects, but none appeared on behalf of petitioner and thereafter, the matter was listed before the Bench, however; none has appeared on behalf of petitioner.
