Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections- 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Alleged recovery is from Gowas, which is an open place. Recovery is of only 1.5 liters of liquor. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed
