The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 224 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The stolen motorcycle and illicit liquor were recovered and the petitioners have been named in the selfinculpatory statement of co-accused Chintan Kumar who was caught on the spot with stolen vehicle.

In view of the allegations levelled against the
