2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muffasil P.S Case No. 443 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354 (B), 504, 506 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, as alleged petitioner has caught hold the hair lock of the informant and pushed her down on the land and torn her blouse.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order, it appears charge-sheet has already been submitted all offence are bailable except under Section 354 of the I.P.C and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S Case No. 443 of 2023.
