2. After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to avail his remedy under Section 3G(6) of the National Highways Act, 1956, [48 of 1956] (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act of 1956') read with Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [Act 26 of 1996] (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act of 1996').

3. Permission granted.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection for

Patna High Court CWJC No.17061 of 2015(3) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 the same.

5. As such, the present writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail the said remedy within 30 days from today under Section 3G(6) of the Act of 1956 read with Section 34 of the Act of 1996.
