Having regard to the very very limited observations made in the order of this Court dated 8.5.2013 in C.W.J.C.No. 11278/2012 and that the District Education Officer, Gopalganj on 4th September, 2014 has also passed necessary orders this Court would not be inclined to initiate a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties.
