2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have work for one CMP whatsapp owner at the rate of 10% and opens forged bank accounts and cheats the innocent people and the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. He submitted that the confessional statement of the petitioner which was made part of the present written report is out and out false statement manufactured by the police and the same has got no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. No person has come forward to allege that they have been cheated in any manner and that any money has been wrongly transferred in the so called account of the card of which has been allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2024 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature of injury as well as the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
