This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Shekhopursarai PS Case No. 85 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Ramashish Choudhary and Uday Choudhary have been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this Court whereas Balak Choudhary has

Considering the period of incarceration and the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopursarai PS Case No. 85 of 2018.
