Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of this petitioner.
