====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jahanabad P.S. Case No. 744 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(B), 380, 385, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant, Rakhi Verma, made allegation that the wife of the petitioner and his daughter used to come to her school, The Wings Foundation Academy, to which she was

She has alleged that Poonam Devi and Archana Bharti the wife and daughter of the informant along with other co-accused persons including the petitioner entered into her house, they misbehaved with the informant and her daughter and also took the ornaments from her house. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an informatory petition has already been filed by Poonam Devi, the wife of the petitioner, against Rakhi Verma, the complainant, and also implicating the present petitioner of having illicit relation with Rakhi Verma. As per allegation, complainant, Rakhi Verma, was making pressure upon the wife of the present petitioner to take a decree of divorce from her husband. Considering the allegations and counter allegations it appears that prior to lodging the complaint petition the coaccused Poonam Devi had already lodged informatory petition in the court of C.J.M., Jehanabad against the present complainant.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

No.36349 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2022 3/3 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.,1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 744 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
