2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to the Respondents to enter Jamabandi in the name of the petitioner and his co-sharer for the land in question given description in Para-3 of the writ petition in pursuant to order dated 15.1.2013 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Madhepura in Misc. Ceiling Case No.2 of 2012 and any other appropriate writ, order, direction save and except in accordance with law..

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and as such the writ petition be disposed of accordingly.
