Patna High Court CWJC No.17836 of 2015(3) dt.03-04-2023 3/3 "2(i). An appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the settlement of land with the respondent 2nd party for their rehabilitation, be issued.
(ii). An appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent 1st party to provide land for rehabilitation of the petitioners who are displaced persons and homeless, within a time frame, be issued."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
