2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 79477 of 2023 along with Cr.Misc. No. 84126 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners (in Cr.Misc. No. 79477 of 2023) were granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, but petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23467 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 stipulated time, as fixed by this Court.
4. In view of reason assigned in paragraph - 4 of the present petition, further four weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bonds before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bonds.
4. Accordingly, order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 79477 of 2023 along with Cr.Misc. No. 84126 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
