2. Though the present writ petition has been filed against the show-cause notice, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is willing to file his explanation to the show-cause notice before the authority and time may be granted by this Hon'ble Court.

3. Having regard to the above submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file his explanation to the show-cause notice (Annexure-13

Patna High Court CWJC No.17146 of 2015(6) dt.25-01-2024 2/2 available at page 59 of the writ petition) within a period of four weeks from today.

4. On such representation being made, the authority concerned shall consider the said explanation and pass a detailed order duly taking into account the contentions made in the explanation including any judgments that are relied upon by the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of four week from the date explanation is filed by the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be granted an opportunity of hearing.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
