2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 467, 468, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main allegation of cheating is against one Md. Paigam Khan @ Md. Faigam.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27075 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 allegation against the petitioners that they are associates of Md. Paigam Khan @ Md. Faigam.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Gaya/concerned court below in connection with Complaint Case No. 1235 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
