2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338, 307, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Sections 33, 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act, Sections 4(1-a), 4(1) of the D.E. Act and Section 1 of the B.M.Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant, who is S.I., Dehri, alongwith other police personnel and forest officer went to Gopi Bigha and seized two illegal crusher machines alongwith generator set, one truck, loaded with stone chips and two motorcycles, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24260 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 persons including petitioner and some unknown persons came there and started pelting bricks on the police personnel and also started firing, due to which, some of the police personnel sustained injury.
